Long Run in the COLD!!!

Brr! It was cold this morning! We ran 8 miles in 1:26:44 at an average pace of 10:50! I had ice in my hair after I finished running! This was our last long run before the New Orleans Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon next Sunday! Sooo excited!!!
