It was a different time of day to run for me and oh my goodness...it was soooo hot!!!! The run would have been great but I was so hot that I was miserable and just wanted it over with. I think the time has come where I'm going to have to stick to early morning or late evening runs. Whew! Air conditioning never felt so good!!! :-)
