Three Things Thursday

Workout Stats-
Plank a day- 1:21

Strength Training- side and front shoulder raises, upright row, biceps curl, one arm dumbell triceps curl, alternated dumbell press

Guess what time it is???


1. It felt really weird NOT running today.  So I guess after streaking for 38 days...it becomes a habit.  I want to run...but I DO know that my body needs rest.  I can just tell.  But believe me...I will DEFINITELY do this streaking thing again!  And here's a shout out to Pavement Runner...he made a badge for all you streakers out there!  Grab yours and display it proudly!!!  I am!!!


2. I am LOVING all the SweatPink love I am receiving!!!  My twitter followers have increased by about 100 followers!!!  Wow!!!  Here's all my social media info (I would LOVE for you to follow me if you aren't already!):

3. I hate feet!!!   Yes I think feet are disgusting!!!  And since it's summertime and my boys are going barefoot all the time...I am even more grossed out lol!  The only feet I don't mind are baby feet...how could you not like those???

  2. Hey girl! Love to see you're sweating pink! I guess my three things would be: 1. It's hot, but I'm thankful for ac and pools. 2. Imitating laughter leads to more laughter. 3.I'm not a summer runner. But cheers to you for the 38 day run streak that's awesome!

    1. I hate that the ac is broken in my car :(
