Well, I woke up to rain and lightning this morning so I had to cancel my 10 miler. This is how I feel about that:
And I can't run the 10 tomorrow because I have to be at church early in the morning. So it's rescheduled for next weekend. I'm going to try to run 5 or 6 miles in the morning before church. I hate canceling runs! I get so mentally prepared for my long runs and to cancel them is tough! But it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to lightning.
