Fitness Friday...February 22nd Edition!

Happy Friday! It's been a pretty busy week for me. But it seems like pretty much every week is busy. Anyone else feel that way?

Here's to another Fitness Friday! I'm ready to tell you all about my runs and workouts this week!


  • Saturday- #plankaday 1:02, 12 mile run in 2:10:06 average pace 10:50


  • Monday- #plankaday 1:02, 24 skull crushers, 70 pushups
  • Tuesday- #plankaday 1:11, 24 skull crushers, 50 pushups, 3 mile run in 32:40 average pace 10:53

  • Wednesday- #plankaday 1:12, 24 skull crushers, 50 pushups
  • Thursday- #plankaday 1:02, 24 skull crushers, 50 pushups, 3 mile run in 34:02 average pace 11:20

  • Friday- #plankaday 1:00, 24 skull crushers, 50 pushups

I tried to take it a little easy this week since I am supposed to be tapering. I can't wait to run the Rock 'n' Roll New Orleans Half Marathon on Sunday!!! It will be my third year running this race!
