Monday was a chill day at home. One of Stephanie's daughters ended up in the ER on Sunday night. She is fine but it was a super late night for us. So we decided the next day needed to be a rest day. I didn't wake up as early as I normally do for my run that morning and my friend Jenny texted me to make sure I was ok. I explained the story to her. I was about to head out and run in the heat and she offered to come run with me so it wouldn't be so hard (it's always easier when you run with a friend)! She saved me that morning!
The rest of the day we just hung around the house with the kids. And took a few selfies and crazy pics of course!
Later that evening we took all the kids to VBS! Our friends Kirstin and Jim brought their daughter Maddy too!
While the kids were at VBS Stephanie and I got some dinner. And then some Starbucks. Since it was 7:30 at night I got a grande instead of a venti. Stephanie and I were laughing so hard at this picture where I was acting disgusted at the tiny size lol!
Tuesday was Princess Half Registration Day! My phone was blowing up all day! And I was giddy with excitement all day and reliving last year's Princess Weekend! Yes...I had coffee with my medals!!
That night after we dropped the kids off at VBS, Stephanie and I met Andy for dinner at one of her favorite local seafood places. And yes...the fried catfish was worth every calorie!
Wednesday we met friends for another pool day! Last week when we went it started storming so the pool gave us free passes for another day. So we made good use of them on Wednesday!
And of course Starbucks is a must after a pool day!!!
Thursday was a beach day! It was GORGEOUS and we all had so much fun!!!!
Now it's time for Fitness Friday! I have had a great week of runs this week! I feel like I got more exercise with the swimming as well. And I continued the FitFluential 100 Challenge this week too.

- Wednesday- #plankaday 3:00, 100 plank shoulder taps, 2.51 mile run in 21:02 average pace 8:22
- Thursday- #plankaday 2:05, 25 curtsy lunges, 2.26 mile run in 18:24 average pace 8:08
My runs were great this week! There were a few days that my legs were tired but once they warmed up they felt good. I ran a little more each day to make up for all the yummy food I've been eating since Stephanie has been here.
I hope to get in a long run this weekend. My plan is to run 5-6 miles.
