Friday after school my co-worker Allison and I headed to Starbucks for a Friday frapp! And they had new winter frapp cups!!! Yay!!!
After coffee I headed to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions for my boys. Then Hayden and I headed to Target because he had some money that he was dying to spend. Then it was dinner time! We had plans for a pre-race dinner with Jenny and her family and Kirstin and her family! We ate pizza (of course) at Mellow Mushroom! It was so yummy! But I hated Andy and Sawyer weren't with us!
The next morning I ran the Senior Bowl Charity Run 10K! I had a great race even though the weather conditions were not great. I didn't PR but I DID win 2nd place in my age group which really shocked me since this was a bigger race! I'll recap the race on Wednesday so stay tuned!!!
After the race I headed home for some time with my boys. But later that afternoon Hayden and I got out of the house. We met Jenny and Kirstin and their families at Starbucks! Yum!
Then we went shopping at Target with Kirstin and her family. And then we went to dinner with them at a local BBQ place that we all love. I took to go orders home to my sick boys. And we watched football the rest of the night. I'm thrilled that my Auburn Tigers won their game!!!! War Eagle!!!
Sunday was another run in the rain for me! I didn't mind it too much. And the rain was bringing in cooler weather so I wasn't complaining a bit!!!
The rest of the day was spent getting ready for the week. I had tons of laundry to catch up on! And lesson plans to write!
Later that afternoon the boys (especially Sawyer since he had been sick) wanted to get out of the house. Sawyer told me he would "let" me go to Starbucks if I took him to Target lol! So....to Starbucks and Target we went!!!

Here are my goals from last week and how I did with them!
- Goal #1: Run every day! Yes! I reached day 520 this week!
- Goal #2: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. Yep!
- Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. Yes!
- Goal #4: Move 11,000 steps or more each day this week. Yes! But I had to walk around the living room a few times to accomplish this lol!
- Goal #5: Run at least 1 run under 2 miles. Yes! This really helps having "rest" days!
- Goal #6: Fuel and hydrate for my 10K race on Saturday! Yes! Pizza on Friday night and lots of water throughout the week! I'm glad too because it was super hot and humid during my race. But I felt well hydrated and fueled.

Goal #7: Dye shirts for Thanksgiving Feast. Our preschool has a Thanksgiving Feast and my class is going be Indians. I need to get their shirts dyed this week!
