Have you ever participated in a virtual race? What exactly IS a virtual race? It is a race that you run anywhere! Some virtual races can be run at any time while others have a specific date. Gone For A Run Decorative Pillow Review!

I always love when I get sent new items to review from Gone For A Run! They have the absolute best gifts for runners! 

This time they sent me the cutest decorative pillow ever!!! I chose this one because I'm absolutely in love with the chevron pattern right now...and the aqua blue color is one of my favorites! I also chose to have 26.2 on there since I've run two marathons thus far. You gotta be proud of running that many miles! 

The pillow looks perfect on my recliner in my reading nook!

This pillow measures 14" x 14". It has a zippered cover that will make it easy to throw in the washing machine when needed.

I love that the design is printed on both sides of the pillow. And if you look closely you can see a runner stick figure in the design. It's very subtle and oh so cute!

This particular pattern is available in several colors: aqua, fuchsia, gray, navy, and peach. Surely one of those will blend in with your decor!

And the pillow is definitely comfy!

Gone For a Run Hooked on Medals Hanger Review!

One of my favorite websites to browse for must have running gifts is Gone For a Run! They have the essential things that runners need as well as some unique gift items!

I was super excited to review one of their Hooked on Medals Medal Hangers! As you can imagine, I have tons of medals from all the races I have done. Part of the the excitement of running a race is receiving a medal! And those medals must be displayed proudly! 

Gone for a Run has several Hooked on Medals hangers to choose from! You can even customize some of them with your name, photos, or favorite quote! I chose the one that has my favorite Bible verse on it..."I can do all things through Christ whom strengthens me." I love this verse and I always repeat it in my head when I'm having a tough run. 

These hangers are professionally printed on a high quality wood board. The finish is shiny. The board measures 15 3/4" by 6 1/4". There are 9 hooks that can each hold 4-6 medals. You can also add race hook tags on the end of each hook. These are sold separately. 

The medal is shipped to you with the hooks in a little bag. You have to install the hooks by turning them into the pre-cut hole. It was very easy!

I just love this medal hanger! I love that the hooks can hold more than one medal at a time. I love that it's easy to take the medal off the hanger. My son always wants to hold my medal so this makes it easy for me to give him the one he wants to see. And I love that I got to choose the saying that meant something to me to go on the board. And of course...my medals look great hanging on this hanger!

Gone For A Run State Runner Tee Review!

One of my favorite websites for running gifts is Gone For A Run! They have the best gifts for runners! And all their things are so unique!

I was super excited to review their Neon Series State Runner Tee for my state of Alabama! I love wearing shirts that show my love for running! And this one is so awesome because it has the words "run, runner, and Alabama" written out in the shape of the state of Alabama!

The first thing I noticed about the shirt was how soft it was! It's made of 60% combed cotton and 40% polyester. It's super lightweight and a shirt that I know I will be able to wear in the heat of summer. The fabric is breathable.

How about the cut of the shirt? It's a slim women's cut with cap sleeves. It is recommended to size up if you prefer a looser fitted shirt. I am normally a size medium and I ordered a large and it fits great!

I chose the neon pink color...because I love pink! This shirt comes in other neon colors as well...neon green, neon orange, and neon yellow. If you don't like neon colors there are other colors available too....charcoal gray, hot pink, lush berry, storm indigo, and teal. This shirt is also available as a long sleeve, a sweatshirt, and in mens! And if you want to wear this one to run in you can choose the performance tee!

This has become one of my most favorite shirts! I even wore it to the Crescent City Classic 10K Expo and got several compliments!

I've been eyeing items on the Gone For A Run website for a while now. So when I got the opportunity to review one of their products I was so excited!!! 

What is Gone For A Run? It is an awesome company that sells amazing gifts for runners! They have medal hangers, running jewelry, running clothes, running gear, decals, stickers, magnets, home decor, and drinkware. Pretty much anything a runner would want or imagine....Gone For A Run has it!

I found so many items that I wanted! I could only choose one for my review though. Since I love Disney so much I chose the Magical Miles BibFOLIO!

BibFOLIOS are one of their most popular items. They are a display for your race bibs. I don't know about you but all my race bibs are tucked away in a drawer. Some of them are really pretty....like my runDisney ones...and I've always wanted to display them. The BibFOLIO is the perfect answer!

The BibFOLIO comes with a stand to display it. It also comes with 2 vinyl protector sheets (you can buy more of these online). I definitely plan to get more so I can display all of my bibs. But for now I decided to just display some of my runDisney bibs.

runDisney bibs are larger than most so I ended up having to trim the edges of them so that they would fit in the vinyl protectors. But once inside they looked really nice!

I enjoyed reminiscing as I looked back at each of these runDisney bibs! My first Disney Princess Half Marathon I was in corral A! That has never happened since lol! My Disney Full Marathon bib got signed by Jeff Galloway. And my two bibs from marathon weekend this year are in there too. The 10K bib is pretty special because I learned that the word "inaugural" is misspelled as "inaugurual" (yeah I can't believe Disney made that mistake)!

I love that the BibFOLIO has a display stand! You can display the cover like shown below.

I just love my BibFOLIO and can't wait to get more vinyl protectors so I can add more race bibs to it! It is such a neat way to display all your race bibs instead of hiding them in a drawer.
