Week 1 Day 1...

I did it!!! And I feel great! Today I started with a 5 minute warm up walk, then I ran for 60 seconds and walked for 90 seconds. I repeated that for about 20 minutes and then ended with a 5 minute cool down walk. I found a podcast by Robert Ullrey that told me when to run and when to walk...that was awesome because I didn't have to look at a stopwatch the whole time. I just enjoyed the walking/jogging! Not too sure about the music on the is techno sounding music...not something I would choose to run to. I really want some hip hop music! I am going to search and see if I can find some different podcasts. Anyway, day one is completed...9 more weeks to go! And running outside was much better than the treadmill!

  2. Kim, I run very early in the mornings now...before the sun comes up to beat the heat. It's not too bad. I wouldn't survive if I did it at any other time of the day lol! Thanks for reading girl!
