The Weekly Chase #198!

Happy Monday everyone! We had a great weekend!!!

It started out on Friday when I decided to get my hair cut! I needed a change! I got 2.5 inches cut off!


Of course we had pizza that night for dinner....because I had a 10K race the next morning!!! 

I ran the Senior Bowl Charity Run! I do this one every year! It's a great race! I'll will be doing my recap this week so stay tuned! 


After the race our hubby's went golfing and my friend Kirstin and I and our kids all went out to eat for lunch. Then we shopped some at Target. Then we came back to our house so the kids could play and Kirstin and I could walk Archie. Once our men were done we met them at Beef O'Grady's for some yummy dinner! It was a fun night!!! 

Sunday morning I greatly enjoyed that extra hour of sleep! Then I took Archie out for a recovery run! He is always so happy when he is running! I love it! 




Sunday afternoon we went to Steak and Shake for lunch with the Bendels. Then we did some shopping at Costco! And of course we needed Starbucks after all the shopping! ;-)

Here are my goals from last week and how I did with them!
  • Goal #1: Run every day! Yes! I reached day 897 this week! SO close to 900!!!
  • Goal #2: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. I'm stretching every day but not doing as well with the rolling. 
  • Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. Yep.
  • Goal #4: Move 11,000 steps or more each day this week. Yes! 
  • Goal #5: Run at least 1 run under 2 miles. No. 
  • Goal #6: Take at least one walk this week. Yes! 
  • Goal #7: Strength train at least 2 times this week. Yes!!! BodyPump class has helped me conquer this goal! 
  • Goal #8: Complete my monthly calendar for work. Yes!
  • Goal #9: Have a great birthday week! Yes! We had a great week! 
  • Goal #10: Fuel and hydrate for this weekend's 10K! Yes! I had a great race and can't wait to tell you all about it! 

Here are my goals this week! 


Every week goals:

Goal #1: Run every day! 
Goal #2: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. 
Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories.

Goal #5: Run at least 1 run under 2 miles.
Goal #6: Take at least one walk this week.
Goal #7: Strength train at least 2 times this week.

Goal #8: Fule and hydrate for this weekend's 12K! Yes! I have another race coming up this weekend! It's the Battleship 12K and it's one of my favorites because it honors veterans! 

So that's the plan this weekend! I am looking forward to having a 3 day weekend due to Veteran's Day! I hope you all have a great week and conquer all your goals!
