Friday I went shopping with my friend Kirstin! I found this amazing shirt! I didn't get it but I loved it!!!
I also found the "Squatty Potty!!!" This is a joke in my family where the boys outnumber me. Anything potty or poop related is hilarious to all members of my household. So when they found the advertisement video for the Squatty Potty they thought it was quite funny! I thought it was a joke but no y'all. Apparently this is a real thing and my son Hayden really wants one lol! So I had to take a picture and send it to them while they were at Boy Scout camp when I found it!!! My hubby said when he showed the picture to Hayden he asked if I bought it???!!! Lol!
Friday night we ate dinner out with the Brendels at our favorite Mexican restaurant! It was so yummy! It wasn't my pizza (which I normally eat the night before a long run) but it was delicious!
Saturday morning I ran 6 miles. I had a pretty decent run despite it being super hot. I'll tell you more about it this week.
After my run I got cleaned up and then met Kirstin at the gym for the Body Pump class. I LOVE this class! It's a great workout!!!
After class Kirstin and I went to a LulaRoe party. Have you guys heard of LulaRoe? I am obsessed with their leggings! They are super soft and comfy!!!
That afternoon my boys came home from Boy Scout Summer Camp! Sawyer and I surprised them and met them at the meeting spot where they all met so parents could pick up their boys. We didn't have to go since Andy drove his truck but I just couldn't wait any longer to see them! It's so great to have them home!!!!
We also got a new mattress this weekend for our guest bedroom. Cullen claimed it as his when we were moving it in lol!
Sunday morning I ran. Then the rest of the day was spent doing yucky boy scout laundry lol! Andy also fixed our garage door opener that broke a few days before they left for camp. We also ate a yummy lunch out and just enjoyed being all together again!!!

- Goal #1: Run every day! Yes! The streak is still going strong!
- Goal #2: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. Yep!
- Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. Yes!
- Goal #4: Move 11,000 steps or more each day this week. Yes!!!
- Goal #5: Run at least 1 run under 2 miles. Nope. I really need to do better with this one!
- Goal #6: Eat less calories each day. Yes!
- Goal #7: Take at least one walk this week. Yes! I've been walking after every run!
- Goal #8: Strength train at least 2 times this week. Yes! I actually strength trained 3 times this week!!!
- Goal #9: Plan a fun week for Sawyer and me. Yes! My friends the Brendels kept us busy and took such great care of us! They fed us most nights! So sweet and we are so blessed!
