Marathon Training...Week 5...14 MILES!!!

I did it!!! 14 longest run so far!!! And it was fabulous!!! My knees ached a little around mile 7 but I said a quick prayer and they stopped hurting!!! I'm feeling great...definitely got that runner's high!!! Couldn't have done it without my blessed to have so many awesome ladies to run with!!!

And what do you do after a long run? Refuel with chocolate milk of course...the best recovery drink!!!

Got my compression socks on now...ready to head out of town for my hubby's work Christmas party! Woo hoo!!!
