Fitness Friday...January 10th Edition!

Hey everyone! I made it to Disney yesterday! As of this morning I have already run the Walt Disney World 10K! The Walt Disney World Half Marathon is tomorrow! I'm (of course) having a magical time! :-) The temperatures are in the 80's here! So weird because at home on Tuesday I was suffering through these temps!

Now it's time for Fitness Friday! I'm here to tell you all about my runs this week!

  • Saturday- 6.2 mile run in 1:09:57 average pace 11:17
  • Sunday- #plankaday 1:05
  • Monday- #plankaday 1:01
  • Tuesday- #plankaday 1:10
  • Wednesday- #plankaday 1:03
  • Thursday- #plankaday 1:00
  • Friday- #plankaday 1:00, Walt Disney World 10K

So that was my week! It was so cold here which made it hard to run. 22 mph winds and temps in the 20's and teens is not something this Gulf Coast girl is used to let alone run in.
