Fitness Friday...March 14th Edition!

Happy Friday! It's been a busy week and I'm glad it's the weekend! What do I have in store for this weekend? Well....I signed up for another race this week! It's a local 10K that I haven't run in a few years. It's always a really fun race...but it's also very hilly. I'm not real prepared for hills so I'm going to try my best!

This race happens every year on the Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival weekend! So hopefully I will be able to walk around the art festival sometime this weekend! (yeah my boys probably won't like it!)

In other exciting may have noticed TWO new badges on the sidebar of my blog! I am happy to announce two other ambassadorships...I'm Fit Possible and Gone For A Run!!! I'm excited about these opportunities!

It's time for Fitness Friday! I was able to get in ALL my runs this week! Yay!

  • Saturday- 11 mile run in 2:04:57 average pace 11:21
  • Sunday- #plankaday 1:11
  • Monday- #plankaday 1:05, 4 mile run in 39:38 average pace 9:55

  • Tuesday- #plankaday 1:03
  • Wednesday- #plankaday 1:15
  • Thursday- #plankaday 1:02, 5.5 mile run in 57:09 average pace 10:23

  • Friday- #plankaday 1:00

Weight loss this week: 3.5 lbs
Weight loss total: 4.7 lbs

So that's it for the week! I feel pretty good about the runs I got in! Monday night's run was a great one! I ran faster than I normally do and it felt amazing! Last night's run was awesome too! I felt great the entire time! Hopefully I survive the hills at my race on Saturday! Regardless, I know I'll have fun! :-)
