OUCH!!!!

Sooo....you know how sore you are after you run a marathon?  Well, I woke up that sore from doing the P90X Ab Ripper yesterday!!!  Who knew doing ab exercises would make your legs hurt so bad?  My quads and hip flexors are super sore!  So I texted my husband about it this morning and this is the response I get:


Hmmm.  Not sure if I want to EVER do that again...or if I want to do it again so it doesn't beat me!!!  Lol!
