- Sunday- #plankaday 2:22
- Monday- #plankaday 2:18
- Tuesday- #plankaday 2:04, 3.11 mile run in 31:05 average pace 10:00
- Wednesday- #plankaday 2:21
- Thursday- #plankaday 4:07 NEW PR!!!!!! 3.11 mile run in 31:10 average pace 10:01
- Friday- #plankaday 2:11
Tomorrow I have my last long run with my Sole2Soul Sisters half training group. We are running 8 miles...tapering for the half that is NEXT WEEKEND!!! I've had sooo much fun training these awesome ladies!!!
