I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween! We had a blast! Sawyer got to trick-or-treat at the nursing home with his class. It was super sweet! The elderly just loved seeing the kids all dressed up! That night we trick-or-treated in our neighborhood and had so much fun! I'll be sure to show you all our pictures in a post next week! For now...just look how cute my boys are! Batman and a Banana...err Banana Man (not sure why but he added the mustache at the last minute)! LOL!
It's time for my Fitness Friday post! Time for me to tell you all about my fitness this past week. I'm happy to say that I got to run a little this week thanks to Dr. Justin! My knee and hip are feeling better and he is even going to let me run my 10K race this weekend! Yay! I am sporting Rock Tape during my runs! I always feel like a true athlete when I'm taped lol!

- Tuesday- 3.11 mile run in 32:11 average pace 10:21

- Friday- #plankaday 1:00
I was really excited about getting to run this week! The knee didn't hurt at all during the run. I could feel the hip...it just felt tight. Like I mentioned earlier, I'm running a 10K race tomorrow. Hopefully I will be running pain free!
This weekend is going to be a busy one! Not only do I have my race but we also have 2 cub scout events to attend. It should be fun!
