The Weekly Chase #175!

Happy Monday y'all!!! This week starts my summer break! The boys still have one last week of school left though. But since I'm off I get to go to all of their end of the year activities!

This weekend was busy but so much fun! I came home Friday afternoon to some super fun mail! I LOVE getting these pretty pink packages from!!! They are having their moving sale so I replaced one of my skirts that is too big from losing weight...the Tracklove print! I also got one of the newest prints...Boheme! And then I couldn't resist the princess tiara compression socks...even though it's going to be awhile before I can wear them to run in since it's getting so hot here.

Friday afternoon I also celebrated the last day of school with a coffee frappuccino of course! 

That afternoon Sawyer had night 2 of his gymnastics extravaganza! He did amazing again! So proud of my little gymnast!!!

After Sawyer's extravaganza, Andy's parents came over to watch the boys so we could go out and celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! 

Andy took me to a nice restaurant downtown! It was very yummy!!! We had a nice night just the two of us!!!

Saturday morning I ran a 10k long run. It was not a fun run at all! But I will tell you all about it on Wednesday! 

After lunch Sawyer and I headed to the civic center to see my friend Lora's daughter Olivia perform in the Beauty and the Beast Jr. She was a milkmaid and a narrator and she did AMAZING!!!

After the show we headed to a Boy Scout event. One of the scouts in Hayden's troop had his Eagle Scout ceremony. It was so nice and such an accomplishment! It is one of Hayden's goals! We were able to get a group picture of the troop! My baby looks so little next to all the other scouts!!!

After the ceremony they had a dinner. Our friends Kirstin and Jim were at the ceremony because Kirstin is one of the scout's teachers and was giving a speech. And Jim is an Eagle Scout and spoke too! After dinner we headed to their house so the kids could play. Their dog Lulu is the cutest thing and I just had to have a picture of her watching the kids play outside from the window! Adorable!!!

The next morning I ran 2.5 miles for my 730th day...or TWO YEARS!!! I can't believe my running streak is at 2 years!!!! Andy attempted another jump picture but we didn't do as well this time lol! He also walked 2 miles with me after my run! He's my biggest supporter and I couldn't do this without him or without God giving me the strength and health. So so thankful!!!

After my run and walk Andy and I had coffee on the back porch! I drank out of my new owl mug that one of my sweet students gave me! Isn't it cute??!!

Then it was time to head to my sister in law's house for my nephew Ronan's 1st birthday celebration!!! He is just the cutest thing!!!

And I'm so lucky to have such an amazing mother in law and sister in law in my life! I enjoyed spending time with the family!!!

Here are my goals from last week!
  • Goal #1: Run every day! Yes! And I reached 2 years!!!!!
  • Goal #2: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. Yes!
  • Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. 95%. I didn't log my anniversary dinner Friday night. But I tried to make the healthiest choices I could. 
  • Goal #4: Move 11,000 steps or more each day this week. Yes!
  • Goal #5: Run at least 1 run under 2 miles. No. I need to run at least one rest run this week. 
  • Goal #6: Eat less calories each day. Yes! I've even lost those few pounds I had gained. Yay!
  • Goal #7: Take at least one walk this week. Yes! I took one with the boys and one with Andy!!!
  • Goal #8: Pack up my classroom for the summer. Yes! So glad that's done!!!

And here are my goals for this week!

Every week goals:

Goal #1: Run every day! 
Goal #2: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. 
Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories.
Goal #4: Move 11,000 steps or more each day this week.
Goal #5: Run at least 1 run under 2 miles.
Goal #6: Eat less calories each day.

Goal #7: Take at least one walk this week. I'm loving taking walks with my family! And it's great cross training for me. I'm hoping to continue this all summer. 

Goal #8: Get new running shoes. My shoes are past their prime! I have lots of miles on them and it is definitely time for a new pair. I'm going to stick to my favorite...Asics! I have been wearing the GT 2000 2 model for a few years. But I can no longer find my size so I'm planning on buying a pair of the newest model...the GT 2000 4. Hopefully they work just as well for me as the 2000 2's have! 

Goal #9: Get through all the end of the school year stuff with the boys. It's going to be a busy week! But I'm so thankful my preschool ends the week before so I can be a part of this last week with my boys!
