Saturday was my sister Christy's birthday and I got to babysit my sweet niece Ella while she went out and celebrated! We had the best time!!! She was such a happy baby! She did not cry even once and bedtime was so easy! I just love that little girl so much! Look at all the sweet faces she made during dinnertime last night! So cute!
We also picked out our pumpkins on Sunday at my favorite farmer's market! We got two huge pumpkins! We will stick to our Halloween tradition and carve them on Friday before we trick or treat! :-)

Here are last week's goals!
- Goal #1: Run every day! Yes! I ran every day even on tired post half marathon legs!
- Goal #2: Roll and stretch daily. Yep!
- Goal #3: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. Yes!
- Goal #4: Plan dinners for the week. Yes! We ate most of our dinners at home last week! Win!
Here are my goals this week!
Goal #1: Run every day! I reached day 155 of my run streak yesterday! I really want to continue my streak! But....my right leg has been really sore since my half marathon last weekend. The side of my calf is really tight and has started to hurt. I'm going to try my best to keep my streak alive but if I feel like I am in danger of injuring myself I will have to stop.
Goal #2: Run mostly 1 milers this week. In order to give the leg some rest time I am going to run a lot of 1 milers this week just to keep the streak alive. I'm hoping to get at least one 5K in there somewhere. On Saturday (which also happens to be my BIRTHDAY!!!) I have a 10K race. I'm hoping the leg will feel much better in time for race day. This race will also kick off my training for the St. Jude Memphis Half in December!
Goal #3: Roll, stretch, and ice daily. This is especially important since I've got a tight and sore leg. I'm hoping to roll and ice that soreness away!
Goal #4: Maintain my weight by logging my calories. It's still a challenge for me to eat more calories to maintain and not lose. But I'm trying!
Goal #5: Get my monthly calendar done for school. It's almost a new month and I need to get my calendar done for my class parents.
Goal #6: Make Halloween and Andy's birthday FUN! My hubby's birthday is on Halloween! And then mine is the next day! I'm hoping I can make it special for him! And I'm hoping the boys have a fun time on Halloween. They are dressing up as a ninja and Dave the Minion this year. They are super cute!!!
