The Weekly Chase #80!

We had a great weekend!!! Friday morning me and the boys met Elizabeth from Running For Bling for coffee after she ran her 18 miler in my neck of the woods! I'm so blessed to have met such wonderful blogger friends! Elizabeth's family lives here on the Gulf Coast so when she comes to town we try our hardest to get together. I think my boys talked her ear off though! ;-)


Friday night was family time...and pizza night since I was running long the next day! Yes...pizza night is a night I look forward to every week! Moderation of your favorite foods is key when losing weight! ;-)

Saturday morning I ran a 10K down by the bay with my Sole2Soul Sisters! I always love running with my sisters! Later that morning my friend Andria and I went shopping for dresses. This girl was in desperate need for some clothes for church! And yes...I am so excited to say I bought size 2 dresses!!! :-) After shopping we enjoyed lunch at one of our favorites...Panera Bread! Yum!

Sunday we went to church and then met Andy's family for lunch. I love spending time with my family!!!

Here are my goals from last week!

  • Goal #1: Run every day! Yes! The #RRGRunStreak is still going strong!!!
  • Goal #2: Roll and stretch daily. I missed one day of rolling this week.
  • Goal #3: Log and stay under all my calories this week. Yep!
  • Goal #4: Drink 64 ounces of water every day. Yep! :-)
  • Goal #5: Recruit players for my DietBet! Yes!!! I have 2 more players!!!

Here are the goals I'm chasing this week!

Goal #1: Run every day! Plan on keeping my streak alive!

Goal #2: Roll and stretch daily. I'm really hoping for no injuries this fall (I always seem to get injured in the fall). Hoping consistent rolling and stretching will keep me injury free!

Goal #3: Log and stay under all my calories this week. An ongoing goal! I am loving how healthy I look and feel since losing weight! 

Goal #4: Recruit players for my DietBet! The DietBet starts on Monday, July 21st so I have the rest of this week to get more players! The pot is already up to $125 but I KNOW it can go higher. Please join me for this awesome and fun way to lose weight and earn money too!!! Join HERE! :-)

Goal #5: Complete my Bible Study each day. I've started a new Bible Study this week through Proverbs 31 Ministries. Several of my Sole2Soul Sisters are doing it with me. I'm hoping to get closer to God and learn through this study!
